3Account Registration

4Deposit & Payment

• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• There is misuse of AW33's bonus or promotional programmes.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the user themselves.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons and not due to a breach, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
